Sample Orders can now be shipped in more ways! |
Originally, 4U sent sample orders via Air Mail. If you wanted to receive the samples faster, you had to inform us of your desired shipment method and we would then reply with a new balance.
Out with the old and in with the more efficient! For the conveniance of our customers, you can now choose your delivery method while at the "Edit Sample order" webpage. The originally set shipping method is still Air Mail, but now you have other options such as EMS and other express delivery methods. Our system will automatically and immediately change the shipping cost for you. If you use your own express transportation account (E.g. FedEx, or DHL), the shipping cost will automatically become zero. No more waiting for a response!
Do take advantage of this new and efficient feature!

Transaction Policy Modification |
In consideration of the banking charges and the order process, 4U has made the following policy modifications which will become effective as of 3/15. We thank you in advance for your understanding:
1) For order balances under US$300, an additional US$20 bank handling fee will apply if using the T/T payment method.
2) For order balances(not include the freight charge) under US$30, an additional US$5 processing fee will apply.
For example:
Customer A places an order (US$20), selects shipment via AIR PARCEL (US$18), and selects T/T payment.
According to the new policy, a US$5 process handling fee is required because the order is under US$30.
Because the order is under US$300, if T/T payment is selected, a US$20 banking charge is required.
Therefore, the order's total balance is US$63.

How to look up your transportation cost? |
We often have customers asking for the transportation cost of purchasing item xxxxx for a quantity of xxxx. If you know the 4U part number, you can check the "ORDER" fuction for the shipping cost online. You no longer need to wait for an e-mail reply. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
After logging in as member, click on "ORDER" at the top of the page.
Directly click on the items you wish to place in your shipping cart. When you confirm your order (step 3-shipping confirm), pls select your shipping method and the it's respective shipping costs will be provided.
